Terms of use

The service

AIandPlagReports.com provides AI writing and similarity reports on documents you upload, and an optional human editing and proofreading service. One slot covers one document and includes both reports.

Payments and slots

• Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Kenyan shillings by card through Paystack.
• Slots never expire. Free slots from offers are added at checkout and work like paid slots.
• If you delete a document before its reports are ready, the slot is returned to your account.
• Unused paid slots can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase. Message us on WhatsApp.

Your responsibilities

• Upload only documents you have the right to share.
• Use reports and edited files in line with your institution's rules.
• Keep your password private.

Availability

We aim to deliver reports quickly but turnaround can vary. If something goes wrong with an order, message us and we'll put it right.
